started his journey into the health and fitness world several years ago while
playing tennis at a high level and searching for new ways to improve him-self
and his game. This is when he met Kevin, whose enthusiasm and knowledge rubbed
off and sparked a new passion for physical training, not just for him-self but
in helping others to train well too.|
Ash's desire to understand how our
mind plays a major role in achieving the results we want, led him on to becoming
an expert in the field, and he has since helped many people to achieve their goals
more easily, both in sports and in health and fitness.
Childs has been running Marathons for the past 6 years and has completed 8 in
this time, both in Europe and the UK. He has also taken part in the British indoor
Rowing championships. He works as a Sports Massage Therapist and recently worked
with the Australian Cricket Team.
has worked in some of the top health clubs in the country, as well as training
clients in their homes, gardens and parks. His portfolio of clients range from
Pro Golfers and Marathon Runners to the every day Joe looking for that extra edge.
