wanted to say a huge thank you for your endeavours in getting me back on my feet
and already back in better shape. I managed a 4.5 mile run yesterday without knee
pain. The exercises you have prescribed have all been massively beneficial, without
which I would still be in a continual cycle of exercise and repeated injury.
will not be going back to the gym with a one size fits all solution to any problem
in the near future and am looking forward to continuing with the personal training
coupled with bootcamps to benefit from your expertise, enthusiasm and tireless
patience for a long time to come!
