The following Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to all students attending or applying for the training course provided by Kickstart Bootcamp Limited (hereinafter "Kickstart Bootcamp", "we", "our" and "us"). By attending or applying for a Kickstart Bootcamp course, you agree to these Terms of Service, which will remain legally binding until you successfully complete the course, unless terminated or cancelled earlier in accordance with these Terms of Service.
Kickstart Bootcamp courses are intensive and demand a serious commitment from all participants. To ensure an optimal learning environment, Kickstart Bootcamp reserves the right to suspend any student who disrupts the course. While we aim to resolve issues through coaching and dialogue first, serious disruptive behaviour may result in immediate suspension. If a student is found, after reasonable investigation, to be unable to keep up with the course demands, and it is determined that they are unlikely to successfully complete the course, Kickstart Bootcamp reserves the right to dismiss the student. In such cases, if the student has made a genuine effort, we may offer a pro rata refund based on the remaining full weeks of the course. Otherwise, the terms outlined in the "Payment of Fees if the Course is Not Completed" section will apply. Students must adhere to all rules and regulations set by Kickstart Bootcamp and the venue. Failure to comply may result in exclusion from the course.
Each Kickstart Bootcamp full-time course runs for 6 weeks (Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:00) and part-time course runs for 12 weeks (Saturday and Sunday, 09:00 to 19:00). The price, content, structure, and delivery of our courses are continuously reviewed and improved, meaning the course you attend may not be identical to previous ones or exactly as described on the Kickstart Bootcamp website or in any communications. Therefore, the price, timing and structure of future courses are also subject to change.
To secure a place on a Kickstart Bootcamp course, accepted students must pay a non-refundable deposit of 15% (currently £270) of the total course fees. This deposit is deducted from the total course fees. Spaces on our course are limited, and thus Kickstart Bootcamp operates on a "first come, first served" basis. Therefore, we reserve your spot upon receipt of the deposit, giving you priority over other applicants, in order to make the enrolment process fair.
After paying the deposit, students must pay the remaining 85% (currently £1530) of the course fees on the first day of the course at or before the time stated by the course leader and/or finance person. If full payment is not received by the start of the second day of the course, Kickstart Bootcamp may revoke the student's place. Course fees, including the deposit, are non-refundable except as specified in the "Refund Policy" section.
Students can pay the deposit and course fees online through the payment provider (ANNA) or by bank transfer as directed by Kickstart Bootcamp. We also accept cash for the remaining course fees (remaining 85% of total fees after the deposit) if paid to the finance person or course leader as directed by us on the first day of the course. Kickstart Bootcamp will not accept or take responsibility for payments made to any other entity or individual. As stated above (in the "Course Fees" section) this must be paid on the first day of attending. Independent third-party providers may offer loans to prospective students, but Kickstart Bootcamp is not responsible for these loans or services. Students must conduct their own due diligence on these providers.
If a student does not complete the course, Kickstart Bootcamp reserves the right to charge the full outstanding fees immediately. In exceptional cases, Kickstart Bootcamp may waive part or all of the outstanding fees at its sole discretion.
Deposits and course fees are non-refundable unless the course is cancelled by Kickstart Bootcamp, in which case all paid fees will be refunded. If a course is suspended for less than a month, no fees will be refunded. For suspensions longer than a month, students can either resume the course later or receive a pro rata refund for the suspended portion.
Any suspected fraud or fraudulent payments will be reported to the police and authorities immediately. The individual or individuals associated will be suspended immediately and could be banned from taking the course in future depending on the outcome of the investigation. Similarly, applicants who dispute or chargeback payments for the course will be immediately suspended and may be banned from taking the course.
All students must have the right to study in the UK and hold a current visa if required. Guidance can be found on the UK Visas and Immigration website. Generally, those with passports from the UK, EEA, or Switzerland do not need a visa. Kickstart Bootcamp is not accredited for the "student visitor" category. Students must provide photographic ID upon enrolment. If relying on other documents, provide details when applying.
If Kickstart Bootcamp cancels a course, any deposits and fees paid will be refunded. Beyond this, Kickstart Bootcamp will not be liable. Except for death or personal injury caused by negligence or fraud, Kickstart Bootcamp is not liable for any indirect, special, or consequential loss, or any claims arising from course provision. Total liability will not exceed the course fees. Kickstart Bootcamp is not liable for delays or failures due to causes beyond its control.
"Intellectual Property Rights" include patents, trademarks, service marks, domain names, registered designs, copyrights, database rights, and confidential information rights. "Student Content" refers to any materials you submit during the course. You retain ownership of your own content, but grant Kickstart Bootcamp a licence to use it for promotional purposes. All course content provided by Kickstart Bootcamp remains their property or their licensors'. You waive any moral rights to the content, and Kickstart Bootcamp can modify and use it as needed. No fees will be paid for repeat broadcasts or other uses.
If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of Kickstart Bootcamp, please first address your concerns with the relevant course leader. If you are not satisfied with the response, then please email management with the email address contact@kickstartbootcamp.co.uk.
Kickstart Bootcamp may inform you of job opportunities from third parties. Kickstart Bootcamp is not responsible for these third parties or job opportunities, and you must perform your own due diligence before accepting any offers.
